These terms govern your use of Rebalance Engine, operated by Eleutheroi Edge ("we," "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

Rebalance Engine is a decision-support tool for anyone managing a taxable portfolio — investment professionals and individual investors alike. Given holdings, targets, and constraints you provide, it produces trade recommendations, tax analyses, and related reports.
Not investment, tax, or legal advice
The service is a tool, not an adviser. Outputs are computations on the data and constraints you supply — they are not investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice, and they do not account for anything you did not provide. Investment and tax decisions remain yours (and your clients', if you advise others), made with your own judgment and, where appropriate, qualified tax professionals. Illustrative figures on our website (including the tax-drag calculator) are examples with stated assumptions, not projections or guarantees.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account, for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you upload, and for having the authority to upload it. Keep your credentials confidential.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' workspaces, no interference with the service's operation, no uploading of data you are not authorized to process, and no use of outputs as a substitute for your own compliance obligations.
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you upload. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. We may update the service and these terms; material changes to the terms will be flagged by email to account holders with an updated date above.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for investment or tax outcomes arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
