Eleutheroi Edge ("we," "us") operates Rebalance Engine. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected.

Account information. Your name, email, and account details when you create an account or contact us.
Portfolio data you upload. Holdings, tax lots, cost basis, target allocations, and constraints that you upload to run rebalances. This is your data — or your clients' data, if you advise others — provided to us to perform the service.
Usage data. Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service (authentication events, error logs).
How we use it
- To run the rebalances and generate the trade lists and reports you request.
- To authenticate you and keep your workspace isolated from other users.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
- To respond when you contact us.
We do not sell, rent, or share portfolio data with third parties for their own purposes. We do not use portfolio data to advertise.
How data is protected
Access is gated by Cloudflare Access zero-trust authentication. Each user works in an isolated workspace, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our security page for detail.
Retention
Uploaded portfolio data is retained for as long as your account is active so you can revisit past runs. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@rebalanceengine.com; we will confirm once deletion is complete, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Your responsibilities
You are the steward of the data you upload. Only upload data you are authorized to process, and if you advise clients, consider your own privacy commitments to them when using any third-party tool — including ours.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
